Individuals who work in the cotton growing industry (as further defined below) are eligible to participate in the PhytoGen® Best Yielder Hat Offer (“Offer”). Eligible participants who visit the Website and participate in the Offer beginning 12:00:01 AM (CT) on 4/1/22 and ending 11:59:59 PM (CT) on 4/1/23 (“Offer Period”) will receive a reward after completing the required registration to sign-up for the Best Yielder e-newsletter. To participate:
- SIGN-UP online at https://phytogencottonseed.com/bestyielder (“Website”) by completing the required information fields, as instructed, including opting-In to receive future Best Yielder e-newsletters from Corteva Agriscience and/or its affiliates;
- GET a reward in the form of one (1) free PhytoGen® Hat (ARV $20). Qualifying participants will receive their hat via mail using the address provided with their registration. Please allow 6 – 8 weeks for delivery.
Limit one (1) reward per household in the Offer. Offer open only to legal residents of the states of Alabama, Arkansas, Arizona, California, Florida, Georgia, Kansas, Louisiana, Missouri, Mississippi, New Mexico, North Carolina, Oklahoma, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas and Virginia who are eighteen (18) years of age or older. Additionally, eligible participants must work in the cotton growing industry, defined as: an individual who, a) owns / leases a cotton growing operation; b) is involved in cotton growing programs/field work; or c) makes final decisions for cotton growing management programs. Offer is valid in the states of Alabama, Arkansas, Arizona, California, Florida, Georgia, Kansas, Louisiana, Missouri, Mississippi, New Mexico, North Carolina, Oklahoma, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas and Virginia. Void where prohibited, taxed or restricted by law. All submissions become the exclusive property of Sponsor. Offer may not be published without Sponsor’s prior written permission and may not be sold, traded, assigned or transferred. Misuse or fraud will void this offer. All submissions provided in the Offer must comply with these terms and conditions. By participating in the Offer, each participant unconditionally accepts and agrees to comply with and abide by these official terms and conditions and the decisions of Sponsor, which shall be final and binding in all respects. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, illegible, incomplete, invalid, unintelligible, misdirected, technically corrupted or garbled submissions, which will be disqualified, or for problems of any kind, whether mechanical, human or electronic. Sponsor shall not be responsible for incorrect or inaccurate submission information whether caused by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Offer or by any technical or human error which may occur in the processing of the submission in the Offer. Sponsor assumes no responsibility or liability for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, theft or destruction, or unauthorized access to, or alteration of submission. By participating in this Offer, participant agrees to release and hold harmless Sponsor, its subsidiaries, affiliates, representatives and agents (including any third parties who assist in the administration of this Offer) and the respective directors, officers and employees of each from any and all liability from claims, injuries, losses or damages of any kind, including without limitation, death and bodily injury, resulting, in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from the awarding, delivery, acceptance, use, misuse, possession, loss or misdirection of any reward, participation in this Offer or any Offer-related activities. Proof of submission is not considered proof of delivery to or receipt by Sponsor or its designee of submission materials. Any attempt by a participant or any other individual to deliberately undermine the legitimate operation of the Offer, or to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person in connection with the Offer, is in violation of criminal and civil laws and, should such an attempt be made, Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify the applicable individual and seek damages and other remedies from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law. Sponsor makes no warranties, and hereby disclaims any and all warranties, express or implied, concerning any gift furnished by third parties in connection with the Offer.
Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend this Offer should it determine, in its sole discretion, that any virus, bug, non-authorized human intervention or other causes beyond its control corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness or proper conduct of the Offer. Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the operation of the Offer.
CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT BY A PARTICIPANT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEBSITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THIS OFFER IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAW. SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES FROM ANY SUCH INDIVIDUAL TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
